Every three years, Hills & Dales General Hospital completes a Community Health Needs Assessment and implementation strategy.

Conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment is the first step in developing a community health improvement plan. The assessment describes a community’s most pressing health needs after analysis of a variety of health-related data.
