The Diabetes Support Group meets monthly, on the third Thursday (except December). This group discusses items such as new recipes, struggles they are having, ideas for other people on how to cope with a new diagnosis, etc. It is for all people who have diabetes and those who care about them.
This group typically meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
The “Freedom From Smoking” Program is taught by a certified facilitator of the American Lung Association. The program consists of 8 sessions each lasting 1.5 hours for 7 weeks. A physician’s referral is required, and it is often covered through Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance carriers.
