Hills & Dales Healthcare is a 25-bed critical access hospital that is located in Cass City, MI. We have been proudly serving the Cass City community and its surrounding areas for over 60 years. We offer a full range of services including 24-hour emergency room service, 14 clinic locations, two rehabilitation centers, and state-of-the-art technology.  We also have a Pharmacy with pharmacy delivery, so you can get your prescriptions filled quickly.

In 2023, Hills & Dales Healthcare was named one of the top 100 critical access hospitals in the United States & the only critical access hospital in Michigan! This nomination was presented to us by the Chartis Center for Rural Health, and we are among the top rural hospitals in Quality, Outcomes, and Patient Perspectives.
